We will also hold this Side Event “Improving the accessibility of the safe drinking water in Southeast Asia to achieve the SDGs” at March 10th 2022, at 15.00 – 17.00 WIB (GMT +7). This event is a collaboration between the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering ITB, Water and Wastewater Engineering Research Group ITB, Indonesia and the International Water Association (IWA). International Student Competition 2022
As part of SIBE 2022, we will organize a Student Competition to envision the future of a city of your choice for 2045. In this competition, Undergraduate students are expected to be able to identify the biggest problems in their city and try to solve it with a Multidisciplinary Engineering solution.
Theme:
Imagining a Sustainable and Resilient ASEAN City in 2045: an Engineering Perspective
Aim:
To provide innovative solution and design future ASEAN City from multi-disciplinary thinking
Competition stage:
- Stage 1: Essay competition
- Stage 2 : Design competition
Participants:
Group of students who must be undergraduate students until June 2022 in related topic (at least 2 different field representative)
Registration Fee: 25 USD
(Including participation in workshop for all group participants)
Best entries are awarded: certificate and prize

In collaboration with the Hokkaido University and the National Taiwan University, our Fourth International Conference on Sustainable Infrastructure and Built Environment (SIBE-2022) will be held on March 8-9, 2022 virtually.This year, the conference will discuss and evaluate the challenges of sustainable and resilient infrastructure and the built environment. This is the fourth of the series of the international conference held by the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung. The third SIBE was held on September 26-27, 2017 at Institut Teknologi Bandung, Bandung, Indonesia. In 2017, the conference discussed and evaluated the infrastructures built in the past as well as current and future innovations, policies and new directions regarding the infrastructure.
